This is our mix between Reformer Pilates and Barre class, which fuses the strength and control of Pilates with the precision and grace of Barre. Upper body and core work take place on the reformer, while the lower body segment moves to the barre for dynamic, high-rep movements. This balanced workout enhances stability, flexibility, and full-body strength.

Our signature Barre class welcomes all levels, combining small, controlled movements with high-repetition exercises to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Inspired by ballet, Pilates and functional training, this session focuses on sculpting lean muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall endurance.

This is our Power Pilates class designed for all levels, focusing on dynamic, high-energy movements to build strength, endurance, flexibility and tone your full body. Using body weight and optional props like resistance bands, sliders or pilates balls, this session will enhance your core stability, improve posture and challenge overall control through powerful, flowing sequences on the mat.
